Flathead Valley Fishing Reports

Flathead Lake - Good lake trout fishing off the delta in 50'-70'of water. Try using hair jigs or try trolling flatfish for best results.
Echo Lake - Smallmouth bite has been good. Slow moving cranks and paddle tails have been a good options.
Lake Koocanusa - Rainbows and Bulltrout are still biting. Use planer boards and Wise flies for rainbows or dipsey divers with flatfish for bulls.
Church Slough – Hearing about fishermen picking up a few pike and panfish.
McGregor Lake - Still finding some rainbows up shallow in the mornings. Try casting spoons from shore or trolling flies.
Flathead River - Flowing near 13000 cfs and slightly green. Fishing will be difficult without a drift boat.
Swan Lake - Southend has been producing some good pike along the river mouth. Still finding some good lakers along the highway in 70'-80' of water as well.
