A Letter To Our Customers Regarding Snappy's & Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Dear Customers:
I just wanted to take a moment and share with you what Snappy’s is doing amid all of the turmoil and flood of media attention with Coronavirus (COVID-19). We take our Customer’s and Staff’s health and safety very seriously. This is above and beyond the highest priority for us here at Snappy’s. We understand that during these last few weeks, the amount of information and the nature of the dynamic changes have made this a very uncertain time for many people. This is certainly and unprecedented moment for me in my life (and I think for many others). As we are in this together, I have a couple of thoughts I wanted to express.
First, Snappy’s is taking precautions to help prevent the spread of this virus (and many others). We are doing our best to be prudent and prepared but refraining from an overreaction that could have potential long term impacts on our customers and our staff. We are looking toward medical experts and officials at the local, state and federal levels to give us advice and facts for how to proceed.
In addition to our normal high level of care for our customers and staff we have increased our cleaning and disinfection of public areas and surfaces. We have also decided to suspend events, both Snappy’s sponsored and public use of our facilities. We have made the decision (along with many other organizations) to postpone and suspend any events in our Event Center until we get notice that it is safe to do so. Scheduled seminars, demonstrations and public use of our event spaces have been postponed. We will communicate new dates and times as we get those rescheduled.
We encourage our customers and fellow Flathead County residents to take time to listen. This is not the time to panic. We should continue to monitor this situation with facts information from reputable resources, but we should be confident with our daily schedules. We should also take a moment and support local business during this difficult time. As many businesses shut down we know how difficult it will be for them to lose that business. Our local businesses support our local efforts and put so much back into our community. Those local business also employ many of our neighbors, friends and family. Please take a moment and show your appreciation for all these local business do and support them by continuing to shop local so that they may continue to support our community.
I have included some links to local, state and federal resources below. Thank you for taking a moment of your day and letting me share my thoughts.
Sincerely,
Jon Lupton
