Always check your regulations before going out on a new body of water for size and limits!
Focus on shallow weed beds for Perch during the spawn. Use chunks of earth worms on a small jig. Pike will be in the area so keep a pole ready with a 5 of Diamonds Dare Devil handy!
Try trolling 80ft of water with a red and white Flat Fish. Use a Brooke Trout pattern for the Rainbows in shallower water.
Perch bite has been slow. Try going shallow and downsize your lure to get more action. Cast jerk baits in a fire tiger pattern for larger Pike.
Salmon bite should be strong so troll or jig in 15-20ft of water. Troll with cow bells, rubber snubber and wedding rings. Jig with a pink/white Hali all tipped with corn or maggots.
Troll deeper waters for bigger Salmon. Rainbows are around shorelines so troll with planer boards off to one side and use flicker shads.
Good Crappie bite in the main body of water. Use Pete’s Crappie Candy and Big Eye Spinner. Cast, Jig Retrieve is very effective for Perch as well.
Water level is still very low so use caution launching a boat.
Bass have been temperamental with changing weather. Be ready to use a large assortment of lures. Good Pike bite using crank or jerk baits.
Find good Lake Trout action down deep. If jigging, try Zimmer Glo Grubs with cut bait. Use Brad’s Cut Plugs trilling with downriggers. Perch spawn is just about ending, but still catching nice fish.
Rainbow action has been good this past week. Use a jointed Rapala and troll with planer boards closer to shore. Water levels are low still so use caution.

Perch bite has been slow so downsize bait and fish about a foot off the bottom with a drop shot rig. Salmon bite should be picking up soon.
Great place to take the kids fishing! Lots of Pike to catch right from the dock using a black spinner bait.
Good Pike action above the dam in Bigfork. Use a red and white Daredevil. Also try a whole frozen fish in a Pike harness under a bobber.
