Fishing Hotline: 756-BAIT (2248)

Smith Lake:
Perch starting to turn back on. Should be really good through March.
Lake Mary Ronan: Perch bite has been great. Lots of good eaters being caught. Kokanee - Early morning.
Lower Stillwater: Perch has been good, Pike being  caught and speared.
Middle Thompson: Producing lots of Perch, few Kokanne
Bitterroot & Ashley: Best bet for Kokanee - Depth varies
Open Water - Flathead Lake: Both trolling and jigging delta, painted rocks, west shore best launch
Flathead River: Nymphing for Cutts & Rainbows
Blackfeet Res.: Been fishing good. Mission is OPEN!

NEXT FEW WEEKS REALLY WATCH ICE CONDITIONS

Thompson Chain of Lakes:
Lower:
Pike and Perch, Few Kokanee
Middle: Perch deep, few Pike, Rainbows
Upper: Perch & Pike

Lake Mary Ronan:
Great numbers of eater Perch, night fishing for Kokanee has been good.

Bitterroot Lake:
Is hot for Kokanee, both shallow 60'-80' & Deep 200+'. Rainbows few and far between.

Ashley Lake:
Kokanee bite is on- WATCH ICE!

Whitefish Lake:
Lake Trout are being caught. Few Whitefish.

Smith Lake:
Should be turning back on for both Perch & Pike.

Rogers Lake:
Grayling still biting, few cuts as well.

Duck Lake (Blackfoot Res.):
Fishing great for Rainbows. Lots of lakes over east are loosing ice. BE CAREFUL.

Flathead Lake:
Open water Lake Trout both trolling and jigging anywhere from 20'-150'.
